These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 35ph ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at 35ph.net and all associated services, games, features, and content offered therein.

By registering an account, accessing the platform, or using any service provided by 35ph, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 35ph platform.

35ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

To access the full range of services on 35ph, you are required to create a player account. The following conditions apply to all account registrations:

• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one active account on 35ph. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts.
• Accurate information: You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 35ph login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party.
• Notification of unauthorized access: You must notify 35ph immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization.
• Account non-transferability: Your 35ph account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person under any circumstances.

35ph reserves the right to refuse registration or close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects that the information provided is false, misleading, or incomplete.

35ph supports a range of payment methods commonly used by Filipino players, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfers. The following terms govern all financial transactions on the platform:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum limits for specific payment methods may vary and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the account holder.
• 35ph processes withdrawal requests as promptly as possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and any pending verification requirements.
• 35ph does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which 35ph bears no responsibility.

• 35ph reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity is detected.

35ph offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Bonuses are credited to your account in the form of bonus funds, which are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• Wagering requirements, validity periods, eligible games, and maximum withdrawal limits applicable to each bonus will be clearly stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• 35ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless otherwise stated.

• Game results are determined by certified RNG systems or live dealer outcomes and are not influenced by 35ph or any third party.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round, 35ph will resolve the situation in accordance with the game provider's rules. Bets placed during a malfunction may be voided.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 35ph platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute legitimate transactions with your payment provider.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward 35ph staff or other players.

35ph is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe, enjoyable environment for all players. We recognize that gambling can become harmful for some individuals, and we take our duty of care seriously.

• Players may set deposit limits, loss limits, and session time limits directly within their account settings.
• Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a temporary cooling-off period or a longer self-exclusion through the 35ph support team.
• Self-exclusion requests will be processed promptly. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account will be suspended and they will not be permitted to register a new account.
• 35ph will not knowingly allow a self-excluded player to continue using the platform.

• The 35ph name, logo, and brand marks may not be used in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship without express written authorization.
• Game content provided by third-party game providers is subject to those providers' own intellectual property rights and licensing terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 35ph shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from technical malfunctions, server downtime, or connectivity issues.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the platform.
• Interruptions to service caused by circumstances beyond 35ph's reasonable control, including force majeure events.

The 35ph platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform operates reliably and securely, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

Either party may terminate the player account relationship at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Player-initiated closure: You may request the closure of your 35ph account at any time by contacting our support team. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC verification.
• Platform-initiated closure: 35ph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where a player has violated these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where required by applicable law or regulatory authority.
• Effect of termination: Upon account closure, your right to access the platform ceases immediately. Any bonus funds, pending bonuses, or promotional credits will be forfeited upon closure.

35ph will retain your personal data following account closure in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable data retention obligations under Philippine law.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

35ph operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations, including those administered by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction.
